Our Scholarship

Motive

School scholarships are meant to offer financial support to students who are pursuing their studies at the school level. These scholarships turn out to be of great help for students who lack sufficient finances for their primary education and boost the confidence level amongst students and provide them a supporting platform, MOUNT LITERA ZEE SCHOOL has launched scholarship program for students of Grade 3 to 9. The program welcomes skilled and meritorious students belonging to the economically weaker background and rewards the best ones out of those.

The aim of this initiative is to motivate students to pursue higher studies without any financial crisis. Selected candidates will receive rebate upto 80% in the school fee.(on the basis of performance in the scholarship program).

Scope

The scholarships will be awarded on the basis of the results of scholarship exam .TOP FIVE Students will be selected from each grade

Application Guidelines

  • Scholarship program will be held every year.
  • All the participants have to do the Registration .Registration will cost 150/-.
  • All the Registered applicants will have to give an exam
  • OMR sheet must be filled correctly.
  • Grade 3 to 5 will have a question paper of 100 marks.
  • Grade 6 to 9 will have a question paper of 100 marks.
  • Exam will be conducted on 21-03- 2021.
  • Result will be declared on 24-03-2021.

Procedure

  • Registration Form will be issued after the payment of the Registration fees.
  • Pay Registration fee at Google pay(7427888833).
  • After payment, share the screen shot of the transaction id on the school whatsapp number -7424888833 with Applicant name Class and Date of Birth.
  • Form will be shared after the verification of the transaction id.
  • Fill the form and Admit card will be generated accordingly.
  • Bring one original passport size photo at the time of examination.

    • (Note:-Only recent picture will be consider).

Academic Scholarship Award 2021-2022

  • Top five students will be selected from each class
  • From selected 5 students :- First rank holder will get (fee rebate of 80% in the school fee)
  • Second rank holder will get (fee rebate upto 50%) • Rest all the 3 runner up will get (fee rebate up to 30%)
  • Final notice of awarded scholarships will be sent to each finalist via email and postal mail, after the verification.
  • Second rank holder will get (fee rebate upto 50%)
  • Applicants who are awarded an academic scholarship will have one week from the date of notification to submit proof of enrollment and tax forms. If documentation is not submitted before the deadline, the scholarship offer will be withdrawn.
  • Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case by case basis if extenuating circumstances are demonstrated

Examination Pattern:

  • Entire paper will be based on Objective Type.
  • Each question will be provided by 4 alternatives.
  • Grade 3 to 5 will have 50 questions (Each question will carry 2 Marks).

    • Syllabus for Grade -3 to 5.

  • Mathematics -20 Questions For 40 Marks
  • English-15 questions for 30 marks
  • Evs -15 questions for 30 marks

    • Exam Duration - 2 Hours (Total - 120 Minutes).

  • All the questions will be based on the NCERT syllabus of the previous class.
  • Class 6 to 9 will have 100 questions
  • Mathematics ,Science-50 Questions For 50 Marks
  • S.ST and Current Affairs-25 MARKS
  • English Comprehension and Grammar : 25 Questions For 25 Marks

    • Total Marks - 100 (Each question will carry 1 Mark). * Exam Duration – 2.5 Hour (Total - 150 Minutes).

  • All the questions will be based on the NCERT syllabus of the previous class.
  • No Negative Marking.
